ALL ABOUT STYLE A team of consultants who understand meeting guests where they are and delivering through strong operations, guest experience and visual merchandising that inspires guests and builds the basket. A Style Consultant is focused on strong operations and an incredible guest experience, enabling quick and easy self-discovery. Style Consultants assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked with the right products, accurately priced and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, with teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving as key to success.
• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

Skills and Training

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders when required
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions;
  Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a shift
