Swansea Wood School is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma-informed care. Swansea Wood provides 24‑hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
CompensationThe pay range for this position is $22.50 to $33.00 per hour
. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. Overtime may be mandated due to the nature of our work.
- Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures on site and via on‑call coverage.
- Support professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
- Support all efforts to ensure the safety and well‑being of students.
- Support staff and programming through knowledge of the policies and procedures of the Swansea Wood Residential Department.
- $2,000 bilingual bonus for fluent second‑language speakers.

- MUST be 21 years of age.
- Experience in a group home, residential program or mental health facility required.
- Supervisory experience in a mental health facility required.
- Valid driver's license – transporting students is required.
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
- Will receive training in physical interventions and verbal de‑escalation.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
