Join our caring and dynamic team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries as a Nursery Bank Staff member! In this flexible role, you'll support our nurseries when needed, ensuring every child receives top-quality care and attention.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting in various rooms, adapting to the needs of each group as required.
• Engaging with children through play and activities, supporting their emotional and educational development.
• Helping with mealtimes and ensuring children are safe and comfortable.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team.
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment in line with health and safety procedures.
• Following and promoting nursery policies and procedures.

This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility and the opportunity to gain experience in an energetic, caring environment.

• Experience working with young children is preferable but not mandatory.
• Positive, flexible approach with a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with children.
• Willing to cover various shifts and work on an ad-hoc basis.
• Must be willing to complete a DBS check.
• Basic knowledge of early years development is an advantage.
