We are recruiting a Front of House Manager for an award-winning multi-million-pound holiday park, based in North Wales.
Currently undergoing some refurbishments for a fresh look for the 2026 season, this is an opportunity to be a part of the latest chapter in the venue.
The role will be to lead the restaurant team and elevate the guest experience across everyday service and our popular seasonal events.
The Role
As Front of House Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the restaurant floor and bar. You’ll lead by example, set the tone for service, and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional, and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who takes pride in standards, enjoys building strong teams, and thrives in a high-quality hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop the front of house team
Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
Manage daily service, bookings, and guest flow
Act as the main point of contact for guests during service
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Train staff on service standards, menus, and customer care
Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and atmosphere throughout the restaurant
Deliver seasonal events, parties, and owner functions in collaboration with the team
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively About You
Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a senior hospitality role
A natural leader who is confident, calm, and approachable
Passionate about guest experience and attention to detail
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experienced in budgeting and cost analysis
Comfortable working in a busy, high-quality restaurant environment
Flexible to work evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods
A genuine people-person who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere. On Offer
