About the RoleAs a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all holiday accommodation and facilities are cleaned to an exceptional standard. You will work as part of a team to create a welcoming environment for our guests, helping them enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare holiday accommodation and facilities to a high standard.
- Complete a range of housekeeping duties as required to meet business needs.
- Follow set cleaning procedures and schedules as instructed by supervisors.
- Ensure all finishing touches, such as coffee pods and bath mats, are added where necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping stores.
- Report maintenance issues to supervisors for prompt resolution.
- Carry out deep-cleaning tasks as required, such as turning mattresses, dusting lampshades, and cleaning curtains.
- Conduct inventory checks and replace missing or broken items.

Education, Training, and ExperiencePrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential as full training is given) Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
