F&B Assistants - Flexible weddings and events work near Swansea
Looking for flexible F&B Assistant work near Swansea? We have shifts available across weddings, functions and events, including work available this week in Oxwich Bay, with opportunities for experienced waiters and bartender staff.
We are looking for reliable, presentable and experienced people based in or near Swansea who are confident stepping into a busy hospitality environment, adapting quickly and making a positive impact from the start.

Key Responsibilities:
Support food and drink service across weddings, events and functions
Work alongside waiters, food runners and bar teams depending on the shift
Provide friendly, professional service to guests
Confidently join established teams and quickly understand what is required
Keep service areas clean, tidy and well presented
Follow instructions from supervisors and event managers
Help each event run smoothly from start to finish
What we're looking for:
Previous hospitality experience is required
Experience as an F&B Assistant, waiter or bartender would be ideal
Experienced in working within busy event or service environments
Able to adapt quickly and work confidently with different teams
Smart, presentable and reliable
Positive attitude and strong team approach
Important Information:
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
Candidates should be based in or near Swansea
Drivers are particularly advantageous for the work in Oxwich Bay due to the location
Having your own transport will make it easier to access a wider range of assignments
