Location:

South Wales area – Mobile position.

Contract:

Permanent, Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no evenings, no weekends, no on‑call).

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
• Undertake tank replacements and plumbing repairs in commercial and domestic environments.
• Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Respond to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain various fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications, and remove dead legs.
• Collaborate with teams, maintain accurate records, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

• City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification
  .
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.
• Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is a bonus.
• Full UK driving licence.
