Workshop Plant Fitter

Location: Wales

Workshop Plant Fitter - Monmouthshire Full-time | 40 hours per week | £40,000

We're looking for an experienced Workshop Plant Fitter to join a well-established team maintaining and repairing heavy plant in the earthmoving, quarrying, and civil engineering sectors.

You'll be workshop-based, working on:

Volvo, Komatsu, Bell, Liebherr, CAT

Excavators, dumpers, dozers, crushers, screeners and smaller plant equipment

What You'll Be Doing:

Diagnose and repair faults on heavy plant and equipment

Carry out planned maintenance and servicing

Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines

Work safely and follow all site procedures

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a plant fitter, mechanic, or engineer

Strong knowledge of heavy plant machinery

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) preferred

Hours & Overtime:

40 hours per week

Occasional overtime when required
