Smart Repair Technician (Swansea (SA7))

£33,359 pa OTE £45,034 uncapped bonus & Overtime + New Insured Car Every Year + 2 Family Scheme Cars

Join Our Workshop Team

Renault Retail Group is looking for a Smart Repair Technician to join our Swansea workshop, located within our dealership on Fendrod Way. You’ll work in a modern, well‑supported environment with the latest equipment, clear processes, and excellent manufacturer training. This role is ideal for a Smart Repairer who takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely and efficiently, and enjoys being part of a collaborative workshop team.

What You’ll Do
  • Refurbishing painted alloy wheels, refurbishing and renovating used cars ready for resale, attending to and repairing scratches, scuffs and dents, windscreen abrasions/chip repair and general interior refurbishment
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair of motor vehicles of all types to a high standard
  • Carry out such work in a safe and economical manner ensuring the highest quality workmanship
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Smart Repair role
  • Calm, professional approach with clear communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a workshop team
  • Full UK manual driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles)
Hours

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
