Multi-Trade Plumber; Wet Rooms

Position: Multi-Trade Plumber (Wet Rooms)
Our client, based just outside of Cardiff, is currently recruiting for a Multi-Trade Plumber (Wet rooms) on a 6 month temporary contract. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £22.50 per hour paid on a CIS Basis via an Umbrella Company. The ideal candidate will have experience fitting adapted wet rooms, strong plumbing skills and the ability to undertake a variety of other trade tasks when required.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties. Installing and refurbishing adapted bathrooms and wet rooms to meet accessibility requirements. Undertaking multi-trade repairs including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and general maintenance. Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard and within agreed timescales. Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with relevant regulations and standards.

Providing excellent customer service while working in residents' homes.

Working hours:

37 hours per week Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00pm (15:30 Fridays) Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
