Multi-Skilled Builder - Glascoed, South Wales We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to join the in-house construction and maintenance team at a large industrial manufacturing site in Glascoed. This is a hands-on role carrying out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance works across a busy site, including roofing repairs, concrete works, flooring installations, masonry repairs, suspended ceilings, decorating, and general fabric maintenance.
Requirements: NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in a Building-related trade or equivalent Experience in general building maintenance and repairs Ability to read technical drawings and solve practical problems Strong communication and teamwork skills Joinery/workshop experience desirable CSCS, Abrasive Wheels and Forklift qualifications advantageous This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established maintenance team on a long-term industrial site project.
