Maintenance Technicians - Why You Should Apply
 £45,500: Shift allowance and a small amount of guaranteed overtime are already included in the figure.
No Saturday Working:The three-shift rota leaves every Saturday free. Two Sundays in three are yours too, with the third starting at 10pm on your nights week.
Backed to 2028:Order books are already secured to 2028 at this successful manufacturing plant in South Wales.
Your Remuneration Package:-  £45,500 (shift allowance and a small amount of guaranteed overtime included) base salary  £43,893
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 4% matched pension and a healthcare cash plan
- Days 6am to 2pm and afternoons 2pm to 10pm (Monday to Friday), nights 10pm to 6am (Sunday to Thursday)
A genuine Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician workload across reactive repairs, a planned maintenance programme and project work on equipment upgrades.
What You'll NeedTo Apply:
- A time-served apprenticeship
- Capability across electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Manufacturing maintenance experience
