Multi Skilled Shift Electrical Engineer

4on 4 off days and nights

We're looking for an Multi Skilled Shift Electrical Engineer who can deliver a safe, compliant, and efficient electrical maintenance service across a busy operational government site, ensuring minimal disruption to critical operations and full compliance with statutory requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in line with SFG
20, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.

Complete reactive maintenance tasks, fault finding, and repairs across LV distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, power systems, and controls.

Ensure all electrical systems are maintained in a safe, compliant, and fully operational condition.

Support statutory inspections and work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures, permits, and safe systems of work.

Update CAFM systems with detailed job notes, completion evidence, and status updates whilst highlighting risks, non-compliance, and recurring issues.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).Experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance within a commercial or public sector environment.

Completed a recognised time-served apprenticeship.

Experience working with CAFM systems.
