Arriva Train Care is seeking a skilled Shift Fitter at Tyne Yard Depot on a 4 on/4 off nights pattern. The role involves maintenance and overhaul of rail vehicles to exacting standards, ensuring safety and reliability while supporting continuous improvement. 35 hours weekly, 19:00–05:30 shifts.
Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), you’ll bring rail traction experience and the ability to read engineering drawings to this fast-paced depot environment.
