The Town of Swanton (population of 6,894) has an immediate opening for a Zoning Administrator. This is a full-time 40 hour per week position and will report to the Town Administrator. The position is responsible for assisting applicants with zoning permit applications, conditional use permit applications, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas for the Planning Commission and the Development Review Board as well as to enforce the zoning by-laws and taking appropriate action when violations are reported.
