About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to serve as the Swanton Elementary After School Site Coordinator. You will be responsible for the daily operations, staff supervision, program development, and overall success of our after school program, serving 75+ children in grades 1-6 each day. This is a highly rewarding position that provides the opportunity to be creative and have a genuinely positive impact on our school community.

The Swanton Elementary After School Site Coordinator role is dynamic and multifaceted, requiring balanced effort across program operation, administration, staff management, and community relations. The duties are primarily focused on the day-to-day success and quality of the after-school program.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and desire to learn
• Strong classroom and behavior management skills
• Strong time management and data processing skills
• Comfortability with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Experience in program or class creation for school-aged children
• Reliable personal transportation (required for site travel, meetings, and program needs)
