Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager in Swanton, VT to lead a high-performing retail team in the technology-enabled operations of our store. You will oversee daily store performance, staff scheduling, inventory accuracy, and execution of company initiatives using data-driven tools and systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, ensure exceptional customer experience, and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure alignment with company standards and KPIs
• Lead, coach, and schedule store associates to meet sales and service goals
• Manage inventory accuracy, merchandising, and product availability
• Use POS and reporting tools to analyze performance and drive improvements
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment
• Implement loss prevention and cash handling procedures
• Collaborate with district and corporate teams on initiatives and pilots
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
