Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance in a facility supporting diverse industries such as animal nutrition, bioindustrial, and road safety salt.

• Completing maintenance tasks on equipment like pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and mobile machinery
• Documenting work and conditions using maintenance software
• Operating tools, forklifts, and heavy equipment safely
• Interpreting schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Adhering to safety policies and maintaining a clean work environment
• Performing other assigned duties

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance or electrical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs, working at heights, and in various outdoor conditions
• Basic computer skills and planning experience
• Strong communication skills in English

• Forklift and leadership experience
• Familiarity with SAP or CMMS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management
• Technical knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems and automation devices
• Ability to test, repair, and calibrate equipment and systems
