About the Role
The Person al Banker is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by adhering to the bank’s Breakthrough Client Experience Standards. The role includes acquiring new and expanding existing client relationships, identifying needs, offering appropriate products and services, and referencing clients to suitable business partners within the bank. Responsibilities also encompass uncovering and originating consumer lending and selected small‑business lending opportunities, providing immediate acknowledgements, responding to inquiries promptly, engaging clients in financial reviews, recommending solutions, maintaining direct contact with both external and internal clients, and facilitating consistent proactive solutions and problem resolutions.
Additionally, the Personal Banker opens consumer and business accounts, independently originates consumer loans, initiates business loans with minimal assistance, supports teller functions including cash transactions when needed, and aligns with branch goals to present a broad range of bank products and services.
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• One year of teller or other banking experience (required).
• In-depth knowledge of consumer products and services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending.
• Accurate cash handling, account and drawer balancing, and precise calculations.
• Skill in expanding client relationships with personal and business rapport.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days (required).

Pay RangeHourly wage: $20.00 – $24.00. Pay rate for the selected candidate depends on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and geographic location and may include performance‑based incentive compensation.
Location1890 Main Street, Sweet Home, OR 97386. Ability to work fully on‑site at the posted location(s).
