PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies is seeking a Wax Assembler to support precision aluminum investment casting for aerospace and industrial customers. In this hands-on role, you will assemble wax patterns, inspect components, and ensure adherence to detailed work instructions and quality standards. Responsibilities include handling molds, cleaning and repairing wax parts, operating basic production equipment, and documenting work. You'll work in a safety-focused, team-based manufacturing environment with strong training, clear procedures, and opportunities to grow your skills and advance within a global industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Assemble wax patterns and components per work instructions and blueprints
- Inspect wax parts for defects and perform basic rework or repair
- Handle molds, tools, and fixtures safely and efficiently
- Operate basic production and wax assembly equipment
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all safety, quality, and 5
- S housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Support continuous improvement and standard work practices
