Entry Level

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, a leader in high integrity aluminum investment castings, is hiring an Entry Level team member for our Salem, OR manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll support production of aerospace and industrial components through tasks such as part preparation, basic machine operation, inspection, and documentation. You'll follow detailed work instructions, uphold strict safety and quality standards, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Support aluminum casting production through part preparation and handling
• Operate basic manufacturing and finishing equipment under supervision
• Perform visual inspections and basic measurements to verify part quality
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production travelers
• Adhere to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5
• S/housekeeping standards
• Accurately record production data and complete required documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet goals
• Identify and communicate potential defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns
• Assist with setup, material staging, and post-processing as directed
• Participate in training and cross-training to build manufacturing skills

Required Skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Use of calipers, micrometers, or gauges
• Reading work instructions and production travelers

• Safe operation of manufacturing equipment
