Responsibilities- Complete the PLACE Launch training — our fast-track agent development program
- Generate consistent leads using proven PLACE systems and tools
- Guide clients through buying and selling processes from start to finish
- Host at least two open houses each month
- Manage your activities and sales pipeline in PLACE Technology
- Attend weekly coaching, skill-building, and accountability sessions
- Participate in team events and contribute to our strong culture
- Continue producing while building your long-term real estate business
- Active Oregon Broker real estate license (required)
- 1+ years of real estate experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A growth mindset with a competitive drive
- Strong organizational habits and time management
- Commitment to learning, scripts, and systems that lead to results
