Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Maintain a clean work site

* Install plumbing systems

* Train apprentices and laborers

* Maintain a positive workplace

* Review the materials needed for the job well in advance

* Review and maintain project productivity

* Install plumbing systems under the direction of the project Foreman or Supervisor

* Self-motivated, reliable, high integrity, and excellent customer service

Experience and Requirements:

* Valid State Journeyman's Plumbing License

* Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record

* Experience with large commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects

* 3 years of experience as a Journeyman is preferred, but not required

* Ability to read and follow plans and specs

* Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
