Millwright

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, a PCC Structurals company, seeks a Millwright to install, maintain, and repair production equipment in a high-precision metals manufacturing environment. You'll troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; perform preventive and predictive maintenance; and support upgrades for casting and foundry equipment. Work in a safety-focused, process-driven culture supporting aerospace and industrial customers, with hands-on exposure to advanced casting technologies, training, and advancement opportunities in a large, stable organization.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair production and foundry equipment, including conveyors, furnaces, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using drawings, schematics, and diagnostic tools
• Align, level, and balance machinery and rotating equipment to tight tolerances
• Fabricate, weld, and machine parts as needed to support repairs and equipment upgrades
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and safety
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and downtime in CMMS or maintenance logs
• Follow strict safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
