We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Secondary Reading Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate inspires students, uses data-driven instruction, and fosters a positive learning environment.

• Valid Texas Teaching Certification in Secondary Reading
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills
• Commitment to student achievement and instructional excellence
• Collaborative and team-oriented

• Experience teaching secondary Reading
• Knowledge of curriculum development and high-quality instructional materials
• Experience using assessment data to inform instruction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Deliver high-quality, standards-aligned Reading instruction
• Differentiate instruction based on student data
• Participate in professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to parents/guardians
