Ludlum Measurements, Inc. is seeking a dependable Calibrator to join our team in Sweetwater, Texas. The Calibrator I position performs in-house calibration and functional testing. Training and mentoring of new calibrators are provided. Develops and maintains professional working relationships with various customer contacts necessary to accomplish assigned objectives. Job

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Calibrates radiation instruments in accordance with written procedures then accurately documents written calibration certificates.
• Meets or exceeds daily goals to support sales volume and meet On Time Deliveries (OTD).
• Works closely with Production Control, Engineering, and Sales to ensure the product meets the customer's requirements.
• Accurately enters and maintains data into Ludlum's Cal Base in accordance with Quality requirements.
• Remains current on existing and emerging LMI radiation detector calibration procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills &

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional scheduling, communication, organizational, customer, and self-motivational skills are required.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly report to all levels of LMI and customer management.
