Shipping Associate & Final Finish

1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Shift hours may vary based on production needs.

• Prepare and package orders according to shipping schedules and customer requirements.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify accuracy of shipping documents, labels, and product counts.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping dock and work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.

This is an entry‑level position. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in woodworking, carpentry, construction, or other hands‑on trades are encouraged to apply.
