Utility Clean-Up Associate

Location: Vonore, TN

Pay: $17.55 per hour

Shift: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

This full-time day‑shift opportunity is for dependable individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at a leading manufacturing facility.

• Perform general clean‑up of production and common areas.
• Sweep, shovel, and vacuum dust, scraps, and production debris.
• Clean glue residue from production lines and equipment areas.
• Empty trash bins and wood waste containers throughout the facility.
• Assist with clearing debris from workstations and production areas.
• Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment, including industrial vacuums, brooms, and dust‑collection systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support production teams.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong attendance and dependability are required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, janitorial, construction, landscaping, or other hands‑on roles.
