In this ICU assignment, you’ll perform rapid assessments, monitor invasive lines, titrate vasoactive infusions, coordinate ventilator management, and lead critical conversations with families. You’ll interpret telemetry, respond to rapid responses, and implement evidence‑based protocols to reduce complications and shorten length of stay. You’ll have opportunities for professional growth through mentorship, specialty certifications, and expanded responsibilities within the unit, with a clear path to longer or repeated assignments based on performance.
The compensation package includes a competitive weekly pay range of 1,813–1,864 and guaranteed 36 hours per week.
