Performs the function of an LVN in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating all assigned patient care under the direction of a RN. Is accountable for all patient care provided. Is responsible for adhering to all standards or nursing practice. Cares for patients in all age groups.
- Candidate of an accredited school of Vocational Nursing.
- Maintain current license with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Maintain current BLS Certification.
