RN – Labor & Delivery – Nights

Sweetwater, TX | Acute Care

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

• Provide direct nursing care for labor and delivery patients in a rural hospital setting
• Manage approximately 30–40 deliveries per month
• Care for antepartum, postpartum, and nursery patients as needed
• Perform intermediate fetal monitoring and respond appropriately to findings
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and newborns

• Active RN license
• Hands-on Labor & Delivery experience required — postpartum-only experience does not meet this requirement
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification required
• Intermediate fetal monitoring competency required

• OB circulator experience
• Prior experience in a rural or low-volume hospital setting
