AtWork Personnel is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in Vonore, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced industrial maintenance professionals looking to utilize their mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing safe and efficient maintenance activities to support production operations. This role will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial equipment while helping ensure reliable facility operations and minimizing downtime.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and adjust mechanical equipment and production systems.
• Rebuild and repair rotating equipment, pumps, gearboxes, and other industrial components.
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed.
• Assist with equipment alignment, repairs, and modifications.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical systems (480V and below) and assist with equipment wiring as needed.
• Perform basic instrument troubleshooting and support controls‑related maintenance.
• Work closely with production teams and other maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with parts inventory management.
• Follow all safety procedures and support a safe working environment.
• Assist with equipment installation, improvement projects, and facility maintenance.

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience repairing and maintaining industrial equipment.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge (480V and below).
• Welding and fabrication experience required.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and drawings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and stairs, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, respiratory protection, and safety footwear.
