The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse operations at the site level, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of materials. This role leads the warehouse team across receiving, storage, inventory handling, and shipping activities, while supporting the broader inventory strategy and processes established by the Site Manager. Operating in a fast‑paced, construction and operations environment, the Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining material availability, inventory accuracy, and site readiness, while operating in alignment with IREN’s Core Values.
Job RequirementsQualifications &
Experience:
- 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or fast‑paced operational environments.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms;
Microsoft and warehouse management systems proficiency preferred. - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and operational best practices.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, communication, prioritization, and deadline‑management skills.
- Leadership, team management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

- Warehouse Operations & Supervision
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and material issuance.
- Lead and schedule warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow, coverage, and alignment with site demands.
- Maintain a clean, organized, compliant, and safe warehouse environment.
- Receiving & Shipping
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring accurate, timely processing of deliveries, shipments, returns, transfers, and project‑related movements.
- Ensure incoming materials are inspected, documented, receipted, and discrepancies or damages are resolved with procurement, project teams, and vendors.
- Inventory Management
- Execute inventory controls, including stock issuance, cycle counts, reconciliations, ERP transactions, and material tracking.
- Support inventory systems, processes, and controls to maintain accurate records and appropriate stock levels, including critical spares.
- Process & Systems Support
- Support rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of warehouse, inventory, and ERP‑related processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, recommend practical improvements, and ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary on‑site warehouse contact, partnering with operations, maintenance, construction, and procurement teams to support material priorities.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site safety policies, regulatory requirements, PPE, equipment use, and safe material handling practices.
- Participate in safety audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
