Specialized Agricultural Equipment Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostics and repairs on all equipment types

• Perform Precision Ag repairs in the field

• Complete technical reports and maintain an efficient work process

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Collaborate with team members to improve service practices

Requirements:

• Certified Journeyperson certification needed

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on service repair experience

• Solid understanding of powertrains and hydraulic systems

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Willing to actively participate in training
