Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an Electronic Logbook / Batch Record Modeler to support manufacturing digitalization initiatives by converting paper-based forms, logbooks, and batch records into electronic workflows within Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This role is responsible for workflow configuration, testing, validation, documentation, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain electronic forms, logbooks, and batch records in MES platforms.
• Collaborate with business and manufacturing teams to design efficient digital workflows.
• Perform unit, integration, and validation testing of configured workflows.
• Create and maintain workflow documentation, test scripts, and validation records.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and provide support to production users.
• Execute workflow changes and enhancements while following change management procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in software configuration, application support, software testing, process automation, or workflow development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MES systems, process modeling, or manufacturing applications is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with JavaScript, Python, HTML, or similar technologies is a plus.
