Data Scientist, Data Analyst
Job Title: Statistical Data Scientist – Injectables and Tech Transfer Manufacturing
Location: Swiftwater, PA
About the Job: You will play a key role in enabling Injectables sites and tech transfer projects to achieve operational excellence in process development and optimization through AI‑driven data science. Your work will support the manufacturing of life‑changing treatments and help the organization harness data analytics to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities- Apply data science expertise to solve problems using machine learning, statistics, text mining/NLP, forecasting, etc.
- Perform data analysis and visualization to aid problem‑solving and process optimization.
- Conduct Advanced Kinetic Stability (AKM) modelling analysis within the Injectables and Tech Transfer platform.
- Support Digital Twin/process modelling implementation and act as the DSD representative for Injectables and Tech Transfer projects.
- Deploy and sustain best practices in statistical approaches and modelling across the DSD Injectables network.
- Participate in the development and rollout of site statistical systems to upskill across the network.
- Provide oversight of the application of statistical expertise to activities within DSD Injectables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Statistician or Data Scientist in a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of statistical and data‑analytical methods in a manufacturing setting and familiarity with regulatory statistical expectations.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis packages (Minitab, JMP, or equivalent) and solid problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of sterile manufacturing stages from process development to inspection, packaging, and tech transfer.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability with strong time‑management in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

CompensationSalary range: $90,000.00 – $. All compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience.
