• Performs production activities in accordance with volume fluctuation, business need, and effective procedures.
• Supports production units by consistently providing required materials in a timely manner.
• Ensures materials for production are available prior to need.
• Identifies production issues and relays them to the leadership team.
• Maintains accurate and complete paperwork to ensure accurate inventory.
• Completes tasks and documentation required by cGMP.
• Prepares assigned areas for oncoming shifts.
• Completes at least one developmental class annually focused on core competencies.
• Becomes trained in all assigned training modules.
• Trains and orients new team members as assigned.
• Follows all safety procedures to protect yourself and others.
• Participates in monthly safety meetings and safety walkthroughs.
• Reports all safety issues, concerns, incidents, and near misses.
• Provides input for potential safety issues and corrective actions.
• Ensures production of a safe and efficacious product and understands cGMPs.
• Identifies deficiency areas and offers improvement suggestions.
• Participates in deviation investigations and implementation plans for product quality.
• Assists in completion of quality documentation, including BPRs, logbooks, etc.
• Participates in team meetings, communicating improvement ideas and issues.
• Participates in cross‑functional teams to complete projects on time.
• Acts as Lead Operator: completes picklists and move tickets; inputs data into SAP.
• Maintains process area operation by pre‑ and post‑run setup and equipment maintenance.
• Recommends changes to BPRs, SOPs, and SWIs, and writes/edit documents under supervision.
• Seeks cross‑training in other areas whenever possible.
• Assists in writing and investigating incidents, CAPAs, change controls, and supports higher‑tech levels and Principal Investigators with projects.

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of prior manufacturing work experience.
• Associate’s degree, two‑year technical degree, or related certificates with manufacturing experience.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to use Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to control industrial processes.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, computer skills, good comprehension, retention, manual dexterity, and troubleshooting ability.

$20.32 – $30.48 per hour (approx.)
