Quality Manager III; Engineering

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Quality Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Swiftwater, PA
. Details of the position are as follows:

• Pay is $90-97/hr to start!!
• 1 – year assignment with the potential for extension/conversion based on performance and budget.
• Monday – Friday (Day Shift)
• Responsible for ensuring pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, computerized systems, and documentation meet FDA, GMP, GxP, QSR, and internal quality requirements.
• Lead quality investigations, perform root cause and risk assessments, develop and implement CAPA plans, and monitor corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline required;
  Master's degree preferred.
• 6-9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in quality validation, quality systems, and regulatory compliance within the life sciences industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations and activities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Quality System Regulations (QSR), GxP requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience supporting validation activities, including equipment, process, facility, computerized systems, and documentation review.
