• Laboratory testing and support activities as assigned, including routine and non-routine testing
• Maintenance of associated testing documentation
• Sample and reagent handling; laboratory support including housekeeping, waste, and general maintenance
• Ensure security and safety procedures are observed and followed
• Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory; handle reagent/material and equipment orders, receipt, and delivery
• Train coworkers, including interns, on laboratory methods, procedures, and techniques; assist with training module development
• Scientific data review and approval; generate documents such as protocols, reports, SOPs, regulatory correspondence, or presentations
• Support departmental quality through documentation, investigations, and closure of quality items (change controls, deviations, and CAPAs)
• Regulatory/Quality Management: ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Basic Qualifications: B.Sc. in Biological Sciences with 3+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or laboratory experience OR M.Sc. in Biological Sciences with 1+ years of relevant experience
• Additional Qualifications: Independently conducts complex research activities in support of short- and long-term laboratory needs; ability to operate in a BSL-3 environment while fully gowned; performs other related duties as required by ongoing research projects or laboratory/analytical facility management

Salary range: $64,500.00 – $93,166.66. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Some benefits information available through the company and related resources.
