Dunkin’ Crew Member

• Greet guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Take accurate orders at the counter and drive‑thru
• Deliver fast, friendly service during busy periods
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Assemble sandwiches and bakery items following Dunkin’ standards
• Maintain product freshness and follow food safety procedures

• Operate the register and drive‑thru POS system
• Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately
• Follow all cash-handling policies

• Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Complete routine cleaning tasks (lobby, counters, equipment, bathrooms)
• Support opening, mid‑shift, or closing duties as assigned

• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
• Communicate clearly during rushes and task transitions
• Support the team by completing shared tasks and side work

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Previous food service experience is a plus but not required

• Starting pay of $13.00/hour
