• MS and PHD degrees will be considered overqualified

• MS Office Suite
• Min of 1-3 years of experience (max experience 3 years, over this would be considered over qualified)
• Must have lab experience displayed on resume

• Running hem agglutination testing, SDS-PAGE chromatography, and PCR
• Experience working with viruses is a plus

Industrial Operations at our organization's Swiftwater, Pennsylvania site, the largest vaccine manufacturing facility in the US, continues to develop its manufacturing assets to produce existing and new vaccines and biopharmaceuticals.

Support and assist production of high growing flu virus reassortants, flu reference antigen, and antisera.

• Execution of small scale experiments, working with eggs and flu virus.
• Support and assist production of high growing flu virus reassortants, flu reference antigen, and antisera.
• Running hem agglutination testing, SDS-PAGE, chromatography, and PCR.
• Ordering and maintaining supplies and materials and shipping materials as needed.
• Working with outside vendors as needed.
• Shipping biological samples for sequencing.
• Writing internal development protocols and reports related to project.
• Sample management between labs, manufacturing buildings, and analytical sciences department.

• Working in a fast-paced team environment requiring multitasking ability

• Bachelor's degree required; science/biology field preferred.
• 1+ years of laboratory experience (academic lab experience accepted)
