We have an excellent opportunity available for a skilled Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic to join our state-of-the-art team in Swindon. Whether you are currently working in a fast-fit garage, MOT centre, auto repair shop, or independent garage, we want to hear from you! • Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (Depending on Experience).

As a core Vehicle Technician in our Swindon team, you will:

• Mechanical Repair & Maintenance: Tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs, advanced mechanical servicing, and routine maintenance.
• Diagnostics: Use cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and tools to efficiently track down, investigate, and rectify faults.
• Efficiency: Work comfortably within given timescales and set processes to maintain a smooth workshop flow.
• Technical Quality: Maintain exceptional, safety-first repair standards to deliver an elite customer experience.
• Teamwork: Operate collaboratively within a fast-paced, highly motivated, and organised workshop team.

• Qualifications: Must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognised qualification (such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
• Background: Open to backgrounds from independent garages, fast-fit operations, or auto repair shops looking to step up.
• Key Strengths: Technical expertise, strong organisational skills, a dedicated work ethic, and a positive team-player attitude.
• Licensing: A full, valid UK driving licence.

Based at our modern facility in Swindon, our workshop is easily accessible and offers a straightforward daily commute for anyone travelling from Chippenham, Cirencester, Marlborough, Highworth, Faringdon, Wootton Bassett, and surrounding Wiltshire or Gloucestershire areas.
