Job Description

The role is responsible for coordinating and administering the quotation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all commercial activities while supporting collaboration between sales, technical, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, maintain, and administer quotations for KAU services, including quotation activities transferred from Project Management functions.
  • Review and coordinate intercompany quotations for approval.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, standards, and commercial guidelines throughout the quotation process.
  • Liaise with technical teams to verify service accuracy and feasibility.
  • Support the Sales Manager with quotation and commercial activities related to KAU services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in commercial administration, quotations, sales support, project coordination, laboratory operations, or related functions.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, laboratory, or technical services industry is preferred.
  • Candidates with laboratory experience who are looking to transition into a commercial or coordination role are encouraged to apply.
  • Understanding of commercial procedures, quotation processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP (prefered MS Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining compliance with established procedures and deadlines.
