AMAG Retail recherche un(e) Assistant service après-vente mécanique (F/H) 100% pour son site de Crissier. Vous accueillez chaleureusement les clients et assurez un premier contact de qualité, physique et téléphonique.
Vous assurez des tâches administratives variées, soutenez l’équipe après-vente et coordonnez les rendez-vous entre l’atelier et le service après-vente, tout en contrôlant les commandes en cours et en utilisant des outils numériques et d’intelligence artificielle.
