ITS Kanal Services AG in Boswil (AG) sucht eine kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung für die Telefonzentrale im Job Sharing je 50%. Die Aufgaben umfassen Anrufweiterleitung, triagierte Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail sowie die Bearbeitung von E-Flow-Rechnungen und die interne Postverteilung.
Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und serviceorientiert. Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Englisch/ Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil; MS-Office-Kenntnisse, besonders Excel, runden Ihr Profil
