Location: Buchs / Buchs (Dorf)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Transportaufträge Import und Export organisieren und überwachen
- Koordination und Überwachung der Lieferungen
- Erfassung der Einkaufsbestellungen im ERP-System
- Angebotseinholung und Anfragenbearbeitung
- Buchung der Wareneingänge im ERP-System
- Bearbeitung von Artikelstammdaten
- Rücksendungen von Kunden organisieren
- Auftragserfassung und Anmeldung von Stückgut
- Ferienvertretung von Immobilien- und Fahrzeugmanagement
- Mithilfe jährliche Inventur
- Erfahrung im Transportwesen Inland und International (Europa)
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre mit Weiterbildung als Einkaufsfachmann/ - Frau
- Sehr exakte, saubere und rasche Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
- Deutsche Muttersprache und sehr gutes Englisch. Französisch von Vorteil
- Gute und offene Kommunikationsart
- allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Excel, Word, von Vorteil MS CRM)
