• You will prepare competitive offers in close cooperation with the vehicle sales and quotation team
• You will coordinate the quotation team and ensure that all relevant information is brought together in a targeted manner
• You will manage the entire quotation process-from scheduling and moderating meetings to documentation
• You will analyze customer requirements, identify risks, and develop appropriate solution strategies
• You will accompany quotation and contract negotiations and represent our interests with confidence

• You have a university degree, e.g. in business administration or industrial engineering
• You have many years of professional experience in the railway industry and in bid management, particularly in the areas of calculation, pricing, profitability and risk analysis
• You communicate clearly and convincingly, work independently and responsibly, and have a confident manner with a winning personality
• You have very good German and good English skills
• You are flexible and ready to work, especially during intensive phases of the bidding process
