• Finance Business Partner for New Business and Customer Service
• Budget and Forecast for Swisslog AG and Swisslog Holding AG
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing and act as contact person for auditors
• Coordinate with Accounting Shared Service Center
• Contact person for local management and KUKA global Finance departments
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis
• Cost Center‑Controlling including review meetings with department heads
• Align with Project Controlling on margin developments and risks and opportunities in projects and customer service orders
• Participation in Project Progress Reviews
• Act as SAP Key User for CO module

• Bachelor or Master in Business studies
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Controlling roles
• Very good SAP and Excel know‑how, ideally also experience with BI Tools such as Power BI
• Fluent in German and English language
• First experience with IFRS accounting regulations
• Analytical skills and understanding of business processes
