Category Leader – Manufacturing & Indirect Services

• Responsible for Manufacturing & Indirect Services to develop category strategies in alignment with overall strategy, align strategies with Stakeholder and get them approved from GPLT
• Manage assigned categories, to conduct tender processes with national and international suppliers using our e-sourcing tools
• Leveraging supplier resources for optimising value delivery through total cost savings and innovation, sustainability, and managing risk
• Responsible for strategic supplier management through managing key supplier relationships andby measuring and reviewing supplier performance on annual basis.
• Perform Business partnering with Key Stakeholders in Switzerland.
• Connecting and communicating with the Twinings Ovo and ABF procurement network.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement (gained within a FMCG business)
• Degree level education
• Experience in Category Management
• Interpersonal skills (level-appropriate communication)
• Experience in SAP and Ariba Guided Buying and E-Sourcing would be beneficial
• Business fluent both in German and English language
• Experience of working in a an international environment as part of an matrix organisation.
