To support our exceptional teams who develop outstanding products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Strategic Buyer Indirect (m/f/d) in Hägglingen, Aargau.

In the role of Strategic Buyer Indirect (m/f/d), you will report to the Head of Purchasing & Logistics and complete our purchasing team.

Strategic Buyer Indirect 100% (a)

• Independent procurement of operating resources, services, and indirect materials
• Close collaboration with technical departments
• Full handling of the procurement process from inquiry, negotiation, and ordering through to delivery
• Participation in budgeting and forecasting
• Coordination and collaboration with Flex Global Procurement colleagues
• Support in internal projects to improve processes and communication
• Participation in CAPEX requests and preparation
• Execution of tenders and their preparation and follow-up
• Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts
• Project work (e.g., investments in equipment) in collaboration with specialized colleagues
• Acting as backup for the procurement of raw materials and purchased parts

• Completed vocational training with experience in industrial purchasing and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Knowledge of Lean Management (Kaizen, VMI, Kanban) and experience in an international corporate environment is an advantage
• Experience with modern ERP systems (Infor LN and procurement tool Ivalua (aQuire) are a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in cross-site/international collaboration
